My previous car with Naked insurance was written off and they provided me with great service. No issues.

Our new car is also now with Naked Insurance.

I have no complaints.

Ah.

So the all my cars are with them. When the M3 was binned they paid out exactly what they said they would on the cover letter. Sadly buying the car back was not a option, and frankly i can see why they only lost 30k between what they paid out and what the car sold for on auction. The were by far the cheapest on the C63 when it came to the replacement car so my cars are still all with them.

Claim was painless (as much as it can be) and yes mostly humans dealt with. The AI is more for the qoute process for the basics yes and no stuff.

Some people get decent premiums from them others don't. They beat my broker quotes by around 30%.

I had no idea about the "pause" feature... I just paused my cars as I use them only on weekends and I save R1500 a month.

INCREDIBLE!!!!

I have 2 cars, building & household insurance with Naked. Saved over R1000 on the total policy compared to my old insurer. :)

I just signed up on the app. Saved about R200 on my premium, excess dropped from R3 500 to R1 500 and now includes car hire.

Im with Naked insurance with 4 vehicles, building and household.

Premiums are good and the cover pause is great. Never had to claim as yet so not sure about the claims process etc.

Damn Naked sounds very good I have the itch to get a quote now.

Can get an obligations-free-quote, quite quickly, by using the mobile app.

Done a quote on the site and their premiums for both my cars equate to the premium I'm currently paying just for the e92.

Now the question, any one here with Naked whose car is modified because obviously the e92 is definitely not stock?

To answer the above, this is what I got from the website when requesting a quote:

On my Volvo, I have a Polestar software upgrade pushing claimed output from stock 140kw/420Nm to 162kw/440Nm.
Naked were not concerned, given that Polestar refer to the upgrade as an "Optimisation" and not a "performance upgrade" :)

Reasonably priced, but not worth it in my case. Quote came in R30 less than what I currently pay on my Scirocco and in the case of naked, this excludes household insurance. Also, I had no issues when claiming from my current insurer, so it doesn't really warrant a change

I am currently with Naked Insurance.
One of my cars is being parked in a Pretoria dealership workshop, awaiting parts and repairs. I messaged Naked Insurance to update my cover and I am saving R200 pm while the car is there. This includes risk of accident if the car is driven as part of the repair test drive process.

Also with Naked, have been for 2 years now.

WIth all my previous insurers (Miway, Kingprice, Santam) there was always an issue with widescreen claims and getting OEM glass...with Naked no issues at all!

Attention all Naked clients.

Please check the updated policy wording that was sent out a few days ago.

Some changes to car cover, with respect to replacement if the car is less than 12 months old, and new Eskom Grid Collapse exclusions on house/contents cover.
