F30 door pin actuator

Good evening Gents

My F30 passenger door has been acting up recently.

When you open the door, the door pin comes halfway up and goes back down immediately and makes a loud clicking sound from the actuator. I finally got time to open the door pad now to try and see if there is anything that is visibly wrong but it seems like the issue is the actuator.

Has anybody had this issue before or replaced the actuator?

Your help will be appreciated

So an update

Clint from MMS managed to organize me the 2 front lock actuators at a fraction of the cost as compared to what BMW was charging me for the left 1 only. They were OEM and brand new.

Yesterday I had some free time and thought I would give it a shot at DIY, I managed to get it done in an hour so pretty easy.

That proud feeling of fixing something yourself never gets old:)

I need to replace the actuator on my e90 and am trying to get hold of MMS Auto to see if they can source one but can't seem to find any active links or contact details.

Does anyone have current contact details for them, I do realise the post was a short while back?
