E46 window squeak

Hey Members

So e46 Touring when moving on slightly bumpy/uneven surfaces the windows are squeaky. I dont think its regulators as they move up and down nicely with no clunking.

Anybody come across this issue?

How good does the windows seal when closed?
What condition is the rubber around the window in?

My E46 the same. The regulator on its way out, so the window is loose, only by 1 or 2mm play in the window guide.
It stops squeaking when I open the window, and then just very fast tick the close button so the regulator tighten up, then it's quiet.

Will try that otherwise I guess it's new regulator time.

Rubbers are in perfect nick so cant be that.

It's more creaking than squeaky.
