F30 Professional Navigation Question

Hi there ladies and gentleman,

Just a quick question regarding the Navigation system on the F30. On my car the volume is very low, even with the radio turned-off. The voice is very faint. Is there any way to increase the volume of the instructions. I have checked the manual and couldn't find anything.

Increasing volume when spoken instructions are being given may solve your problem. Literally turning the knob/on steering wheel.

+1. Set a random trip. When the voice is narrating, adjust the volume via the knob or steering wheel and that's the end of that.

Thanks it worked.

As an aside you don't have set a destination and wait for narration. Simply push down on the i-drive controller and select test voice guidance. Narration will begin, while this is happening increase/decrease the volume.
