GUYS PLEASE READ:

Date: 05 November 2011
Location: Zwartkops Airbase, old jhb road (R101) and Godiva street, Valhalla.
Time: 08:30-09:00 till 15:00 (you can leave when you want)
Cost: R20 per car

a.) We need to supply exact numbers as to how many cars are coming, so they can make sure the restaurant has enough food and drink for us to buy.

b.) They need a list of the vehicles coming, including description, and numberplate, eg: Coisman (+3)- Blue E46 - PSK487GP

c.) They are charging us R20 per vehicle, no matter the amount of occupants. I do however need the amount of occupants as to be able to tell him the exact amount of people coming.

Are we going to meetup somewhere before going to the Air Force Base ? Convoy maybe ? I live very close to the Air Force Base, but I will meetup where ever.

I don't mind a lekker drive before hand, its just we all coming from different directions.

I KNOW!!! :idea: Lets meet up at Zwartkops racetrack!!, cause its its not too far past the airbase, so the Pretoria guys can drive the few km's past the airbase to there, and the guys coming from the other directions, well, its on their route!! :thumb:

If we go for this, then we need to meet from 07:45-08:15, and leave no later than 08:20, cause its about 10min. drive from the racetrack to the airbase. :thumbs:

What you all think???

Ok, so after a few more guys PM'ed me, the list I sent through to the airbase is standing on 27 cars, ALL bmw, and 61 people...

Ok guys some good news...
Crnl. Shepherd says he will still allow me to add names to the list up until Wednesday, 02 November, next week. :joy:

REMEMBER its R20 per car they charging for us to enter the base, and lets be honest, thats not bad.

PS: I am busy organizing with the Crnl. for something REALLY SPECIAL for early next year, involving the bush on the airbase, guns, and lots of fun!! :mmm:
