Guys, I just spoke to Crnl. Shepherd, and he gave me the details we needed:
ok, here goes.

a.) We need to supply exact numbers as to how many cars are coming, so they can make sure the restaurant has enough food and drink for us to buy.
b.) They need a list of the vehicles coming, including description, and numberplate, eg: Coisman - Blue E46 - PSK487GP
c.) They are charging us R20 per vehicle, no matter the amount of occupants. I do however need the amount of occupants as to be able to tell him the exact amount of people coming.

Now if you are scared of posting you numberplate on the forum, you are MORE than welcome to email it to me instead, at [email protected].

I have seen the program from the link that you have given me, was hoping the USAF was gonna be there with the F15s and F16s as well as the B1 Bomber. The Belguim Air Force is amazing as well and lets not forget our very own rooivalk chopper. By the looks of the program, none of those are gonna be there.

This Airshow is actually a dress-rehearsal for the real international airshow (AAD) next year. The Wklf runways were upgraded during the past few years, with the airshow being moved to Cape Town (AFB Ysterplaat), it is back now and the Air Force is gearing itself for next year. I am sorry for being a late starter on your initiative, coisman, I could have helped you with the photoshoot arrangements since I am a member of the Air Force (Swartkop/ Gym, btw!) Give me a shout should there be anything I can help you with.
