Z4 Suspension

I have a 2007 Z4 3.0 SI and the front suspension have a knock when you ride on a uneven surface. The kilo's on the car is below 50 000. I took the car to a BMW agent, they replace the suspension bushes but the problem/knock is still there.

Any fan with a similar problem that was sorted, please advise by whom and where.

Check out the tightness of the bolts on the strut bar.

if in the front then probably the sway bar end links but it could be any of the ball joints

I can supply a high quality replacement from Meyle or Lemforder if the car is not still on motorplan

+1 on tightening up the bolts on the strut bar, especially the ones in the centre on the bulkhead.

My Z4 made the same klunking noise and the strut bar was loose.
