There were 2 at Race! a while back. Client cars. They had done restoration work on one.

I remember seeing an oxford Green Z1 at Auto Umhlanga last year , They told me that they were going to spray the car or do a partial restoration on it for the customer.
The interior was in rough shape but not thaaat bad . But there was evidence of neglect .

Wheeler dealers fixed one up on one of their episodes. Can't remember what sort of money they eventually sold it for. 350k seems alot to me for the SA market but I guess if it's in prime condition and you don't want a much newer and better Z4 for the same money...

:skit: I saw one of these Z1's (Green) LH Drive here in the UK, Thornton heath to be exact. also very rare over here.
I just didnt have my cell phone on me to snap a picture. it was in beautiful condition.

There use to be a lady who drove a red one with black seats in the Kloofnek area in Cape Town some years back , use to see it often in that area.
