Yet Another E36, Just Love Them

Time for another update.

Decided to do some work on the interior as I was not at all impressed with the door cards and steering.

It looked really crappy and I could not enjoy the ride even though mechanically it's very sound.

Had the door panels and steering recovered and the seats resprayed.

The Before:

The After:

I've changed the front grill panel for the facelift grill when the car was resprayed and I just had to add the M colours to the kidney grills.

The M3 door and fender beadings came with Only M3 badges and I couldn't find a set of badges with only the M, stealers wanted a fortune so i covered the entire M3 badge with the M colours as well.
I think it came out quite nicely and I intend to keep it like that for now.

Some more shots I took today while passing through Camps Bay.

Thanks for looking. :tiptoe:

Btw - who did the upholstery and seat spraying? What's your view after spraying the seats? I've always been sh!t scared to do this.

Adnaan, ATL Trimmers is my go to guy when I need stuff done on interior.

This is my 2nd steering he's recovered now, he repaired the Vader seats I have in the vert and he's pricing is reasonable.

It's the first time I've actually went with the respraying of seats and I have to say that I'm very impressed.

Seats looks clean, matches the inserts of the door cards and I'm happy with the quality of the workmanship.

Time will tell wrt the seats, especially the drivers seat because I'm using this car as my daily.
