Xcede 135i, 238kw at Snail software only!

Well done on your run with the 135. Unfortunately all the 135's in Durban besides Meshack have the 1st version of the file. They were done many months ago. So that's why you need to run Voodoo or someone with the newest files. I ccan assure you there is 20wkw more in the new file. What's taking so long to tune it? Takes 30 seconds to flash. Come run Voodoo as is, your car is fast enough.

Thanks, thats very similar to what Terry said. Using the custom map in JB3 v2.00 I've got control of boost and taper. In the new settings I've turned down the boost slightly and been more agressive with the amount of taper in higher rpms. Seems to feel more powerful and soother higher up now, suppose the only way to know for sure is to dyno againSherwin@Xcede said:

@sherwin , your new tune is really paying dividends on the track , meshaks time and speeds at margate were what ? compared with his matuba runs?
also i will tune my car when i am ready and i have the neccasary adjustments made.
i would be more concerned with your new panel beating business than my tune if u know what i mean.
avi and i are friends , so when we tested there was no need to post, but seeing as u constantly want to call my cars slow , i thought i might mention it.
@kabir, my car is fast as is, but i want it to be tuned to get the full benefit of my exhaust.
when i spoke to andre he told me a tuned m3 is 3-4 cars faster than a chipped 135i
but what the hell i test anyway, to get my own results.
why are u and sherwin getting so hyped up ?
do u represent all 135i's that exede have done?
or if i beat u will there be another "faster" one.?
i bought my car for me and it just happens to have run ahead of one of your tuners cars so whats the problem?
why dont u race an frc 335i? or 135i?

We asked you for a run & what's taking so long to get tuned. We didn't ask for your whole life story. All you had to say is not thanks I'm not interested in racing an auto 135 with the latest map. But hey well done on beating a manual 135 running 0.85 bar map. A V8 M3 at sea-level should be beating a car like that quote comfortably. And when Andre said 3-4 cars he was talking about racing an auto with the latest map. Auto makes a big difference as it holds boost between gears.

Nobody is giving sub-standard maps. We do a lot of logging and make progress with each map.
