X5 F15 advice

I need some advice from the pro's in the industry.

So i found a 2014 X5 3.0d F15 with 108 000 on the clock. We Buy Cars is selling it for 409k. Anyway that i can find out if it has been in a accident and the history on the car, here is the link for the car https://www.webuycars.co.za/buy-a-car/02A704270

Asking because i seriously dont want to buy a lemon worth 409k.

Thought i would share the VIN with hopes that someone can pull some info on the car: WBAKS420800G63629

Search for forum member Coisman's thread where he details what info he requires to be emailed to him for a an enatis check.

Also any idea why this vehicle doesn't have a Dekra report like most vehicles on We Buy Cars?

Partial service history indicated which could be a redflag.

When i called they said that they still need to send it for Dekra.
Will send a message to Coisman.

Any BMW dealer can give you the specs, service history and comments

They heavy on maintenance lol ..the rear air suspension shocks are costly and the aftermarket ones don't last ....also brakes are expensive..

Some dealers a bit unhelpful these days, will only give info to registered owner or tell you email BMW Customer Care.

BMW Centurion got no issue if you want info on cars, Club Motors Fountains aswell, all very helpfull

Just an update.
So WeBuyCars informed me that If I want to proceed with the deal I need to take out a warranty and that the roadworthy inspection indicated that the tyres, brakes,disc all round needs to be replaced and that a full service is needed ,oil change etc... The total cost of this at BOSCH hillfox is 47k.

They further indicated that WebuyCars policy is that all these things are for the buyer's account and that they can load it onto the finance application.
Meaning that the deal would change from 409k to 471k considering on the road fees etc.

In view of this I opted to rather walk away considering that its basically being sold way above retail.

The salesmans response was that these cars generally sell above retail.

I saw the car in person...in my opinion it was decent for its age,couldn't pick up that it had spray work but this is from my untrained eye as I am not a panel beater.

If you guys spot any decent F15s please share
