Hi guys. So the wifes 2013 had its last service last week before it ticks 100k. This morning i started the car and noticed it showing front brakes 1900km. Last week after service next check was due 15000km time. So i have just about 50 km left still on plan. Can i go back and demand the brakes be replaced ???

Demanding seems to work for politicians.

If the car is still under plan, make a call, explain the situation and book it in! Shouldnt be a problem.

Just a quick update I took the car to JHB AUTO this afternoon as it just turned 100020km , explained the situation and the service advisor was surprised as well but suspect it was a sensor. Had a cupa coffee whilst they took in for check, 10 minutes later I was called to the car and service manager and advisor confirmed that brake pads are still drivable and it was fine during service last week but they will gladly replace the brake bads due to the time frames.
Car booked for Monday morning for brake pads and hopefully disks but they dont seem to be scoared so wont make a fuss if not replaced as well.

Well done JHB AUTO.

btw, great new premises just off the M2 , Carr street :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

So just an update. Took the car in Yesterday for the front pads and around midday i get a call stating that they had a look at the back as well and have also made a call to replace:smilebounce::smilebounce:

Whilst this is great service , i cant stop wondering how come this was not established during the last service last week whilst still under plan. Either way the car is now on 100150km with service and all round brakes done so big ups to JHB Auto and to Varshan for assisting
