Received a call from the organizer today.
They have a problem with the 23rd. For religious purposes and the fact that the charity itself makes use of a church for the function.
They have asked to move it to the Saturday the 22nd.
Which I think is brilliant as then we will run concurrently with our KZN Crew.
Thoughts?
(Arrangements almost finalized have one more meeting to confirm all specs and can post this week everything which has been confirmed)

Saturday also cool with me, the wife and daughter away in KZN that weekend for a prayer

oops.... :sorry::sorry: the "title" doesn't mention it as a WC event, although on closer inspection I see the "subforum branch in the header"..maybe modify the thread title to include "Western Cape" in it.
