Its Sunday the 23rd. We gotta find a childrens home or charity that can accommodate us on this date. We've got no list of whose coming, this is the only thread about the event.

Jandre and I are gonna try get this going. Do you guys know of any charity thats desperate for blankets etc

I am In, just tell me the details and myself and my wife will be there, its the day before I fly to the UK, so if I give my clothes away I dont have to pack :biglol:

Ok, I will keep an eye on this. I will ask my wife to check fro charities, she is pretty good with this sort of thing.

It will start at McD's N1 City, maybe at 9am.

My sister gave me an idea. She reckons we should buy nappies and Formula and donate it to a Childrens Home that has babies. She said that they the "needed" the most.
She used to work at the Red Cross childrens hospital

Its the 23rd for the Cape Town drive.

I havnt had time yet to phone around to see which children's Home will be available. Been busy at work, gonna phone later.

Depending which Home we can go to, I will find out what they need and will inform everyone here what we need to take.

Hi guys

What about Nazareth house in vredehoek

They provide assistance to babies at khuseleka cottage for traumatized and abused babies and toddlers .

As well as ons tuis which provides residential care for kids with cerebral palsy , Down syndrome and fas going to call them now

ok nazareth house will be available and eager for any donations. they are emailing me a list which i will put up but anything is welcome. R5000 cash donation from me for nazareth house lets do this guys

just sourced 5000 nappies varying sizes:thumbs:
