Windows Opening

I locked my 2006 320I E90 with windows closed as usual. When I returned I found all four windows open half way. I cannot say whether this happened when I pressed the door unlock button?
Any reason why this happened?

Dude this used to happen to my 5 series.

And only when it rained. All the windows would open and all the sunroof. Sold it eventually because nobody could get the electronics sorted.
