Window Tinting / Smash and Grab - Cape Town

Hi,

My brother put some ridiculously dark 20% tint on the 330d.

I am looking for a CHEAP please that does Llumar or similar good quality tint and smash and grab.

I have searched the forum with no good results.

Please let me know if you know of anyone where I can go that does good work.

Preferably Southern Suburbs, but I don't mind traveling.

Hey bud,
Just called Ryan's Car Wash. They do both Llumar and Laminex from R1750 for a whole car. Find them in Claremont, Blue Route and the CBD.

window tinting outlets are ridiculously slack in south africa.
when i had my e39 530d in a gazillion trillion pieces(dieselfan might remember) at one point i was able to remove the bare window glass
fairly easily (while i was there)

i emailed all the big players, not one of em came back to me.
not llumar
not autoarmor

You can buy your own Llumar film, was approx R120p/metre a few years ago, and you need approx 3 -4m to do an average size car.

applying it is a different story. more of a art i would think.

Yes, you will need somebody to apply it for you. Unfortunately I don't have my contact's details. I paid less than R1000 to have both my cars done (excl film). Both cars were done in less than 4hrs. The Llumar film still looks like new.
