Recommended panel beaters/repairers Cape Town?

After months of fighting with my insurer because my Panel Beater did a bad job and is messing me around, they have approved me to get a quote from a panel beater of my choice. Can anyone recommend a good one in Cape Town? Preferably Southern Suburbs? Cant go too expensive since they will reject anything far beyond the price of a shop in their network.

Items I need fixed:
  1. Rear bumper - Non OEM replaced by panel beater, paint job and quality was bad, paint fading in 4 months and corners are decaying
  2. Trailing control arm - Was bent by towing company owned by Panel beater
  3. Some minor dents and paint work (small scratches) on the car from panel beater

Ronwic panelbeaters in ottery east.
Not having the most amazing experience with them so far. I filled in a quote request on their website on Monday morning. Didnt hear anything back, so I phoned this morning and he told me to send them an email with a copy of the quote request. So I sent it, then around 30min later gave him a call to make sure he had received it and asked if he could try get it back to me as soon as he can because my Insurance company might decide to go with the other guys again, and I got a pretty meh reply saying "There's 40 other quotes I need to do before yours". Like sure, I get that, if I wasnt already waiting for my quote from 4 days ago?

Go to Alfa Bodyworks Collision Repair Ctr in Primrose park. Shouldn't be too far out of your way from the Southern burbs.

Not sure they will do the trailing control arm, thats something you can do at some fitment centres or a BMW shop even then get a wheel alignment done after. I can definitely tell you, the paintwork I got done from Alfa is still mint years later. Pretty sure I had my car painted/repaired at Alfa in 2019 if memory serves.
