Will someone please help me make sense of a motorplan history?

I'm looking at the motor plan history of a car that I am interested in buying. What does "Oil Change CBS" mean? It comes up in regular intervals (every 10 000 km). At 30 000 km it says "3rd engine oil change CBS" and then at 50 000 km it says "2nd engine oil change f07 cbs".

If you look at the booklet that comes with the car you will notice that at every 3rd oil service they are supposed to change the air and fuel filters as well as the normal oil filter. That is why they mark it as 3rd oil service. You will also notice that the cost of the normal "oil service" is about R900 and that every 3rd oil service it is about R2400, which i assume includes the cost of the air- and fuel filters. Hope this helps!

If that is all you have on the M/P history, then buy it.

Indicates that the car was serviced at least once a year.
