Why the Difference? (2010 320d)

Hi Guys,

I was checking a car in the for sale section, and I saw a difference between the car and mine, altough both is 2010 320d's.
Why is my radio on top and the other car the other way around? Is it because he has got the Sat Nav?
Or maybe a different radio?

Yep. As far as i know, it's because he has the sat-nav option. They're all like that.
