White mini rims - where to get resprayed?

hi guys,

my girlfriends white mini rims are looking a tad damaged from the prior owner. (scratches)

where can we have these rims resprayed to their former glory without breaking the bank?

where are you based?

i also want to ask, the centre cap is a slightly different colour to the rim, i suspect the rim was resprayed in its life before, but that a poor job was done...

will you be able to spray that cap? or to be able to match the paint colour to that of the cap?
