whistling noise

hi guys

every morning when i start my e46 m3 or when it has been standing for a long time there is this strange whistling noise that irretate me pretty much its only for a few seconds but just dont like it.

any ideas?

Fan belt or Air Con belt changed both on my car

I thaught about that but doubt it sounds more like air whistle

Check the PCV. My 325 did the same, and it was the membrane inside the PCV that was FUBAR.
