I love the TS man! It is the best car I have ever driven, except for my old 200is, may she rest in peace.

But I want to move over to the BMW family.

And the TS scares me. Damn its fast.

Here is a nice thread on my TS: Astra 200TS

The condition of a E46 at 60k is not going to be great.

I guess you could find one, but the effort and money you would have to put in...

Hope to see you in a BMW soon! I just recently got mine (A week ago) and I'm loving it

Hows things PozessedTS! Awe! I did not realise you are such a BMW fan!

I replied to your email. :)

Thanks bro

LOL yes I am :inlove:

If you do let the TS go, you will miss her a lot. They nice cars to have but sometimes not as an everyday car….the small issues that come up due to their age can make loose your mind

I drove the my TS this morning from OR Tambo to Pretoria East.

Windows halfway down, cruising a little faster than the traffic to flow through... :inlove: Power when you need it, everytime.

But as you say, if you start counting all the little things it will eventually make you crazy!

Im just a little cautious as to the potential problems the E36 is going to carry...

Can't you get a e46 for around R60k?

I feel that an E46 for 60k is probably going to be quite rough :fencelook:

If one is looking for a 6cylinder, then perhaps, though the 4 cylinders are worth around R60-R80k for 2003/2004 models.

328i go for it. I'm on my 2nd Beemer and will not drive any other brand for a long long time...

Thats the end goal dude. Thanks for the post!

I have been looking out for 328i's everywhere. No one is trading and the car market seems a bit slow at the moment.

The sooner I drive a beemer, the better.

Holding thumbs for a BMW trade on my car... But I will take what I can get at this stage.

You cannot go wrong (as said many times above) with an E36 328i!! But I also agree with the sentiment above, don't sell the TS!! May be a "non BMW", but that is an epic car and these days rare as hen's toophies!!
