Which oil to use in E90 2006

Hwzt fellow fanatics, which oil is best to use in the E90 302i 2006 model.I'm planning to do a oil change every 7500km now that I no longer have MP.Thanks for your help.

Is it not best to simply stick to what your manual advises? That's what I would do. M2cW

Use spec BMW LL01 and change every 25000km

1. Castrol has BMW suitable oils , contact SALUBE for distributor price 0116745391 ( e.g. Castrol TXT Softec Plus / Edge 5w40 ....etc)
2. Liqui Moly has good BMW spec oils .
3. Mobil 1 SAE 0W-40
