If it's any consolation, I did pitch up with my (ex) red Mini Cooper S at one of the meetups. It was a lonely Mini though ...

That image looks familiar. Not because I recognize the surroundings or anything, but because I was also the only Mini that showed up at the last meet, at that car show last year.
