What's a fair price to pay

What's a fair price to pay for a 1998 328i convertible (Auto)in absolute mint condition? Not sport pack, no M3 body kit. No accidents, fsh with agents. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

normal E36's fetch around R35 to R55K depending on kilo's and condition
A cabrio might fetch an extra premium
my guess would be R60 to R70K, but purely a guess
Good clean and OEM original E36's are becoming collectors items, and will start to nibble at the E30 market soon

There's a manual for 220k! It's got 30000kms. Just mentioning if anybody's interested. Too rich for my blood for a 328i vert
