Dude i would be careful,check everything on the vehicle, drive it and check if its been in any accidents otherwise this guy must have a really good reason for selling at such a low price.

Pics suck, but I suspect body work has been done. badly... I may be wrong but.

1, On pic 3, look at the rear bumper as it meets the wheel arch, could be bad quality photo's but it looks off to me,

2.Pic 2, follow the bumper lines, it looks out under the right headlight, and again, the gap where the bumper meets the wheel arch, that spacing is not right.

Couple of other inconsistancies, and I would need to see the car, but im fairly sure that car has had bodywork.

before the insurance could scrap it, it was repaired.
Non bmw approved repair shop, so motorplan voided.

I have also seen a few cheepish e46 M3's but you can usually find traces of accidents that where repaired badly, misaligned panel gaps, bumpers not fitting correctly, boot sticking up and bad spray job (running etc) these kind of thing.
When buying any M just be very careful, chances are good in most cases the crap was driven out of it, even if everything else looks in good nick, tragic really, but true.

I might be wrong but, the reg is V...-Gp which means it was registered under that owner say in 2009. If so why would he want to sell it so soon? :mmm: :mmm: and that price is low with the car being a 2006. but the front and right side look neat.
