I like my dealer so much they even servicing the Jag.

So today I decide to call Sandton Auto for a price on a service. . . what a mistake., this lady Victoria sounded like i woke her up - shame - totally not interested after giving all the vehicle detials she says she thinks the price is about R2200 or some ish. so im like ok, whats labour and parts - and after the dreaded pause i get an "eish i think " - F*&^ that was it - said im sorry to disturb ur nap and hung up.

i rather drive the few extra kms and know im gona get great service and a good experience as follows from JSN Motors.

what a waste of a phone call.

best experience went to MIDLANDS AUTO IN NEWCASTLE. on route from durban to JHB via newcastle to go to Drakensberg. was personally helped with great service by the dealer principle himself. i wish i coud service my car there and deal with them regularly but unfortunately i live in cape town. inlove::inlove::inlove.

Other than Cedar Isle Auto, is there any other good BMW workshops in the Fourways area? What about any (non-BMW)workshop in the area that could be just as good if not better than a BMW dealership?

generally you quite well covered buying a car from BMW because they have to answer to BMWSA and cant just do what they want... that said Im sure some have been messed around by BMW dealers but its safer than your average used car lot...

KZN dealerships:
Ive had poor experiences with SMG Durban. Would not recommend to anyone.

Myself and my brother have had nothing but exceptional service from SMG Pietermaritzburg. Both sales and service department.
All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and went out of their way to help.

I cannot emphasize just how shocking Menlyn is (both branches) stay away at all costs ... The sales staff are cockroaches

Booked my car in at Club Motors Randburg and had superb service from start to finish!!!!!

Had a follow up call to check if all is well.


Auric Auto in Cape Town gave me superb service, the Dealer principal introduced himself and offered assistance if I have any problems when I took delivery of my car. I delt with Lerito in Sales, Superb service plus aftersales service.
They kept to their word in the registration process etc.

It is refreshing to know that there are dealers out there who value customers and employees who are passionate about their careers.

Auto Alpina Springs is one of the best, only had joy dealing with them. They really make you feel part of the family. My wife and Inboth have Beemers and get treated equally exceptional. I tried all their departments sales, service and body-shop. Have had a few issues with three of our cars and if it wasn't for their great service I would have been in doubt of carrying on with the brand but they contained my loyalty. If you are in the far East Rand area support them you will appreciate our superior choice!
