So I know this is a old thread and it's come back up but to me these times look a ill ambitious for a stock 135.....my jb4 135 runs a 13.5 and I know the Xcede guys are running similar times how isit that a stock 135 is so close:fencelook:

Just doesn't add up?

I think big torque cars with an open diff on an ice-rink is a lottery, as George said.

We have run 12.6 at Tarlton with software only with Andz car.

And here is Voodo's 135 which later on this day ran a 12.9 with software only on normal street tyres at an unprepped track.

So Sherwin if i get what you saying cos the track is slippery i cant put down my power correctly whereas the stock guys have less of a problem putting it down so will be closer than expected

so on a properly prepped track the differance will be alot wider cos im using my gains that i lost in traction and tire smoke before?

Yes. I had a 335i manual. I ran stock in -1 deg at Tarlton 13.2 @ 171. I then modded it heavily. Tuned, downpipes, intercooler, water meth, intake, etc. I make 260kw on the wheels from 200. My torque was close to 600NM on the wheels. I ran with slicks & my best time was 13.2 @ 183.

My best out of 2 runs was a 14.0 at ODI with a stock N54 135 on pump fuel and RFT's

Will upgrade to JB4, DP and intake pretty soon. just waiting for my final service on MP.
