Hey Guys I drive a 1998 E36 BMW 328I Manual I am in the IT field and I specialize in Alternitive Power Solutions solar panels geysers inverter systems LED lighting and Bio-Digesters
I baught my car about 3 months ago My 1st BMW I am happy with the cars handling and breaking its a very nice car over all However iam a little disappointed with the performance of the car considering its a 2.8 vanos motor this thing should seriously shunt. One of the problems i think is because I converted it from a auto to a manual they never changed the dif on the car to match the gearbox so now It redlines in 5th at 210 kph i expected the acelleration to be much better with the short dif ratio but to be honnest the car pulled a lot better with the auto box. The car has a BMW reman motor in it that has only done 6000K's
I am getting the dif sorted next week some time..
Apparantly if you fit the 325 manifold you get better performance is that true?
