So after 6years of driving a vw 1.4 chico... my brother went car shopping... eventually he decided to get the new Vw polo 1.4 comfortline.. ( yes I did try to convince him on a bmw) so well the papers were ready all we had to do is sign and pay a deposit... so we get to the vw dealership and as we walking in.. a beauty catches my eye... absolutely stunning. its an E87 130i. I immediately float towards the car having a look and then the bmw did the convincing for me... my bro told the new car sales man sorry but I am buying a BMW today... :roflol:

2006 E87 130i
90000 km with motorplan extended to end of the year/100 000km
M package
no accidents just a few stone chips

all for an unbelievable price of 147K:biglol:

here she is

I was about to get the ban hammer ready.

I am glad your bro made the sane choice, hope he has many happy miles in it, it looks really awesome (just tell him to get a replacement for the missing tailpiece)

I am also expecting a proper 330D + 130i photoshoot else I might have to get the ban hammer after all :)

If I am not mistaken the newer ones just slide on, think andrew said its like that on his dad's 525i, but not sure if is should be that way. On mine the tips are welded on.

yep i bought mine at bmw and had them fit it when i picked up the car after a service, took them five minutes with a plastic hammer.

has a dimple to ensure a tight fit,but would sugest pop rivets

that's nothing, it is possible to steal both front and rear bumpers off the e46 without unlocking the car :mmm:, best protection against this is to lower the car so that it is too hard to get under it properly :)

No wonder in europe there cars literally scrape the ground its not for looks but for protection lol

I assumed it was the dealership that wrote something on the car. Something like: "Epic BMW, keep out of sight of people coming in to buy a brand new Polo"

@Sankekur:roflol: Well it could mean that aswell...

@herr well I am Indian (Tamil to be specific) and when ever we buy a car we take it for prayers as to ward off any evil and protect the car from accidents etc
