Water and oil mixing

Well still got the problem of oil and water mixing, oil is a coffee colour.
Took the head off and the gasket looks 100%, head is going in for pressure testing, any other suggestions if it's not the head or head gasket?

Well my first guess would have been blown head gasket. Maybe there is a crack in the block or the head but I can't say for sure.

I also though it was a blown head gasket, but the pressure test will tell.
Water pump is also 100%, thought that would be the cause of the car getting hot.
Thermo was removed, I was thinking that there was an air lock. Did not know the correct bleeding procedure.

Also the fan inside the car has stopped working, could this be related?
