Howsit gents, I have a warning light come up when I enter the key and also when the car is running, I know my battery in my key is low and im going to replace the battery and key case at the end of the month, the key battery light also comes up but goes away. Will this exclamation go away once the key is sorted out or is it a different problem? The [WARNING SIGN] Is lit up next to the P (gear) on the dash. I just got a image off Google to show what im speaking about

Not if its comfort access. If the key is running low it might be the error you are seeing.

It says its the remote, its not charging as the key is 8years old already, its a non access key, found a place that will supply a new key casing and swop over the inside with a new battery for R700

Hey man, do me a favour, press the obc to check controls and take a pic of the error it shows,
Can one not just changecthe battery, as far as I know those batteries suppose to charge while driving,

Go check in your I drive if you can see the message.

That warning arrow is an indication that the check control has a fault.

The fault can be anything from your low on petrol, def a low battery in FOB, or anything of that nature.

If you dont have a I drive, then run diagnostics. if the error is not apparent

So the code that comes up is cc-id 65. As far as what I can tell its the key that needs to be replaced or the key battery?
