Wanted: 2002 e46 318i sales brochure

Hi all!

I've been lurking on this forum for a while and would just like to say it's been a blast!

Now, as the title says I'm looking for a sales brochure for my car, a 2002 318i A/T F/L. Preferably an original hard copy (if anybody seriously wants to get rid of one) but I'll take a decent scan that I can spruce up and add to my collection.

Also does anyone know where I can run the VIN and get a complete, reliable breakdown of all the extra's on the car? I've run a few sites and half mention the final drive ratio change, the other half mention shocks(?) but none mention the park distance sensors (which are quite obviously installed) or the sunroof..?

This is my first 4-wheel BMW (I'm a bike guy, have 3 RS's in the garage) and I'm already loving it.

I would be surprised if you can find a sales brochure 13 years later. Maybe an owners manual?

Hi Thanks for the reply.

I've got an electronic copy of the owners manual, took a while to find that but I did. There's also a video on youtube about the spanish version of the sales brochure but it was done with a potato quality camera, which is absolutely no use.

I'm planning on getting hold of Auto Alpina this afternoon, maybe they can help. Will post back.

Thanks for that, it was one of the first I tried, also the most complete. However it still doesn't mention the pdc (or even the cruise control) but it lists the alarm system and the electric windows. Very useful otherwise though, it told me that the car turned 13 last Friday :rollsmile:

Those could have been added later on, example my car now has cd front loader(came with tape deck) and Xenon headlight (came with halogen).

It seems to be mainly european brochures which only start from 2004 and cover the 325i, 330i and the x-drive models of those. Very nice site and up to date but don't show anything earlier unfortunately.

Thanks, I did think they may have been retrofitted but I can't contact the previous owner to find out, something from the dealer about privacy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not to worry though, the car has the features and I'm glad. Was more interested in the brochure

I would be very interested in a PDF of the 318i 2002 Sales brochure as well , Iv searched and searched , nothing to be found , From what I remember , They had part numbers on them , If we had the part number maybe we could ask a dealer to find it for us ?

I spoke to a chap from BMW this afternoon and their "brochure request" option on the BMW website only goes as far back as 2008.

There is this one on ebay. Will keep looking though and post back if I find one.
