Shame, the 320/325i now is all alone!

I need to release 1 car! Swap for a Bakkie / Small vehicle like a Hyundai,
Very happy with the collection though.

Update: 330ci

As they say, in order to eat an elephant, you must eat it piece by piece. That's the strategy I am employing for my cars. I focused on the 330ci now.

I did extensive work on it. 66% of the price I paid for it. :dunnoanymore: to get it to the standard I want, I will end up spending close to 85% of its purchase price. This is an important point for a person that is new to these vehicles (E46/E39/E36, etc) and they wish to keep it for the long term.

Its the price you pay for driving an old car....good news is this investment can (touchwood) last me for the next 5 years. :smilebounce:

Herewith a list of some of the items done during the past week at Gizmo's place.

The first thing that we worked on (took the car to Gizmo), was to sort out all the oil leaks. the vehicle had a few spots that needed to be sorted. first obvious culprit being the Oil Filter Housing Gasket.

Sadly I had to replace the headlight washer jets cover which was broken by the detailing place I took the car to. R650 unnecessary expense. the to and fro are still continuing...I might as well just move on.

Thanks bud,
what's next on the line is the 325ci (need some huge savings before attending to it, the saving plan has kicked off). I think I might spend less than the 330ci, but estimate around R40k (total refresh of the suspension parts, cooling system, fluids, gaskets, etc.)

This is what it looks like
