OK, something about that video some of you guys don't know. He never got caught, if you look carefully at the end, that's the same footage as 2:14s in the video. They edited it to make it seem as if he got caught.

The Video tells you. A cops dash cam has alot of info on it, that last bit does not. The landscaping shows it the same bit where he made a u-turn, and I don't think they want to tell the world they got :whip: by a 15 yr old kid.
