vibration damper

Any recommendations to replace a vibration damper in CPT at a reasonable price on an X1

I assume the dampers are mostly the same for E46/X3/Etc. I got one from Goldwagen beginning of this year for my 2005 X3 2l diesel for about R3500. (Cortiga or something like that). I had it fitted at the local workshop here in Onrus river at great effort and afterwards decided that this is nonsense, am going to get the right tools for the job. Got myself a 100 - 500Nm 3/4 inch torque wrench as well as the right socket (22mm) and i made a lock for the flywheel. Now i only have to get the right customer to try it on!! Can you still drive your car? (The bolt on the vd has to be torqued to 300Nm) A new bolt is about R240 iirc

Some Vibration dampers have four bolts...

Goldwagen's products seem very good quality, i just bought one there. What would the torque settings be for the four bolts then?

For M57 it's 40Nm, 60 deg, 60 deg.

I just fitted one from GW at work quickly, and the quality is not bad at all.
also its a quick fit if you handy with tools wont take you long.
