If memory serves me correct, I got quoted 14k ex vat for 6pots for my e36 m3. Front disks, calipers, endless pads all round , front braided hoses, higher temp brake fluid.

I ended up buying slotted disks and ebc yellow stuff pads all round from quatermile performance for just under 5k

I did try ebc yellow stuff and ebc disc, and power brakes disc and pads, but performance is not same like VARI RACING BRAKES

I did find out D2 kits price is much more higher, quality not better than VARI RACING BRAKES. Why I know more about D2 kits because it made from my country.
