Valve ease - any views?

Does valve ease work? Why don't the oil refiners put something similar in the fuel mix or would its inclusion potentially be harmful if used with every tank?

Are there any strong believers out there in the benefits of valve ease and how often do you use it?

Haven't used it in the recent years but bought many many bottles in the past just as general maintenance.

if its for the M3 you probably need to have the clearances set on your lifters...

M3 has solid lifters so it can reach high rpm... these need to be reset every now and then to the right clearance so they are quiet...

Hydraulic lifters allow up to 7100 or 7200 rpm , then solid lifters are required to run at higher revs .

Valve ease :thumbs: but theses additives worked in lower spec engines years ago , not sure if they work the same with todays engines , lower friction engines today .

I would be very cautious about putting valve ease in, I use to use it with an old MK1 golf many years ago....some research may be warranted....an M motor would cost a lot to fixup if that stuff does damage
