did you fit the solenoids?
please keep us updated

+1. Very interested as I suspect something in my vac system isn't too happy currently. I've ordered some vac line to replace the stock junk and solenoids will be next.

Out of interest how much are the solenoids each?

Hi

I managed to resolve my lag:rollsmile:

For Faulty Solenoids:
-Actual boost is way down when compared to requested boost up until 4000rpm. Then I'm still down 1.2psi.
-At 3500rpm actual boost is 0.58psi vs requested boost of 0.96psi
-WGDC is sitting at 71% up until 4100rpm where it drops to 61% until it tapers off at 4900rpm to 48%.

For New Solenoids:
-At 4100rpm actual is 1.11psi vs requested of 1.17psi
-At 3500rpm I'm sitting at actual of 0.9psi vs requested of 1psi.
WGDC is sitting at 71% up until 3300rpm where it drops to 55% until it tapers off at 4900rpm to 47%.

Now due to torque being developed earlier my clutch is starting to slip.

Murphys law I guess.

Sleeper if you were getting the 30ff code as a standalone code with no associated codes while running the Jb4 then its the tune. There is a bug in the firmware but it can be easily fixed...nothing to do with the solenoids. Drop me a PM.

I have 30FF codes on my JB4...Been like that for a week. Thought it was just altitude adaption..Should I just do a firmware update on the JB?

Answered my own question..Sorted my issue out..Car is mental now.

Did you replace the vacuum pipes as well or just plugged new solenoids in? How much do they go for?

Sorry for late response

Checked vacuum lines and replaced 2 lines at Oil Filter housing previously. Rest looked fine.

Pressure convertors was about 5k for 2.
