Urgent help please: Code Reader in Cape Town

Hey guys,

Need some urgent help please. Can anyone recommend someone who can read a error code on my car in the Cape Town area.

Just arrived and I got warning lights came up on my dashboard during the trip and need to see what the problem is.

Car drives fine, as before the codes, so hopefully it's not a major problem.
