Upgrade : 2013 to 2016

Hi Guys,

So after Sandton BMW Motorad gave me the deal of a life, I decided to take the plunge and upgrade my 2013 BMW S1000 RR:
The Old

To this:
2016 BMW S1000RR Black Metallic Storm

Even though my older one looked slightly better with the mods, some time should rectify that :rollsmile:...

They look similar I know (yeah i chose the same color), but there are apparently +250 changes on this new version of the S1000RR...
I have already done the tail tidy on the new one with a smoked integrated tail light and added in my Litech bar ends...

The bike is in for some VPS at the moment and then I am hoping an exhaust, cause its shockingly silent.... Gotta do some KM's though to get the first oil change done and the limiter removed :cartel:...

Big shout out to Sanj from Sandton Auto for making this happen and Cheyne ...

Hey Dude,

The limiter is just here for the first 1000 km's generally... Limits to 9k RPM and 200 KM/h

Once removed it's capable of going to over 320 + km/h although they stop showing speed at around 299 km/h so thats my estimate....
