Or just set the rear camber to 0 deg. Simple adjustment.
BTW - the tyre setup is also wrong. It is supposed to have 245/40/17 in the rear opposed to the 255 you have now

yup, too large rear tires compared to front will cause understeer

Ok, so I got 245/40/17's in the rear, and the front, so will that now cause oversteer because of the bigger tyres in the front??

No. :) what they mean is if you have bigger tyres at the back it will more than likely understeer. Think M3. Why do they have big tyres on the back? M3's are prone to oversteering mainly due to their power.

You can also adjust tyre pressures. Softer tyres grip better than hard tyres. So drop the pressure in the front and increase the pressure at the back.

The M3 also has may more camber up front than the other e46...

tire width does not really increase grip in the way you think...

what it does is change the shape of the contact patch (if the same pressure is used...
because of the shape of the contact patch on a wide tire it will run cooler than a narrower tire...

this is one of the reasons you see narrow wides often on Rwd cars the front tires are narrow to keep them at a similar temp to the rear tires so the grip is even...

there are plenty variables and this is a very complicated subject so it cant really be explained in a simple way...

as Brucet pointed out you can also change the temp and the size of the contact patch of the tire with pressure... i would rather increase the pressure at the back than decrease the front because with low pressure at the front you will eat the outside edges of the tire more...

really camber is the best solution it will save the edges of your front tires and you will get the cornering grip you want...
