Tyre Sizes

presently, 235-45-17 frount .... 255-40-17 rear.
Anyone tell me if this sounds ok
or would it be better to stay 235-40-17 all round.

Sorry messed that up,as you can see I don't know much about tyres
should have been 255-40-17 =rear 235-45-17 frount.

To my understanding the ffg would be a better match, on the front I would put 225/45/17 and on the rear 255/40/17.. That's the wide and narrow set I have and it hasn't upset the tire pressure indicator either...

What car is this for btw?
