How would you prevent an "officer" from peeking into your back window, notice your kid/s is watching a video on a tablet and fine you? Also, most video's are located on the headrest, which is clearly visible from outside.
I think the principle of the law is fine, in terms of driver distraction, but I fear this could turn into an alternate revenue generation scheme ...
