Turbo's Done but smoking: N54

Hi Guys

i removed my rear cats yesterday and now the car is smoking. The turbo seals or something is done. Can anyone recommend someone who can fix it cheap or perhaps know where i can get the parts to fix it. I have someone that will remove the turbo's. He can also fit the replacement parts. I will just need the balancing to be done.

Removing the cats will allow the car to smoke more and this is normal, unless I don't understand your post correctly :thinking:

Post more information. Vehicle make, model, etc. Is it smoking permanently, or under acceleration?

BMW 335i N54

Smoking a lot. No smoke while driving. When im about to stop it starts smoking then after a minute or so no more smoke. It sends a ball of smoke out. Looks like the car is on fire. There is also turbo whine/siren sound which could only mean turbo.

Thats exactly the problem i had on my n54 .stallion turbos can hybrid your turbos.

Around R17 iRC. Alternatively contact Afzil aka bybym3 on the forum. He can refurb your current and save you a lot of cash. A few of us have used him and the guys are all happy.
