Just my 2 cents
I suggest you do your homework on pricing first...

a year ago I enquired about Valve stem seals and got a quote of R16500 , John @ Leo Haese BMW quoted R7900, Ive gotten both quotes on paper.
I was also quoted from private workshops between R3800 and R9000, and another BMW dealership came in at R12000.
also John and Leo Haese as well as other workshops gave me a 2-3 day turnaround time with immediate booking , where as Tune tech gave me 2weeksand I could only bring it in after a month as they were booked out.

that being said I have also heard of excellent customer service from them, so if pricing is fair then you good.

Understand where you coming from, however i can only comment on their pricing based on the work that was carried out on my car, i cannot comment on their pricing if they over priced you for the work/repairs to yours, that been said I did do my homework before taking my car to Tune Tech and found their prices to be pair (Again on the work that was required to my vehicle)

Based on minor services etc and prices they quoted me on bearings/ front brake pads replacement etc i have no complaints.
