TOW HITCH FOR F30

Hi guys,

So I went to a dyno at FR&R and seems I dont have a tow hitch at the back of my f30. They took the cover off of my back bumber and behold there was no place to screw in the metal joint for the car to be towed.

Is this normal, can anyone with a f30 confirm?

And then second question, does anyone know of a dyno where they do not connect to this tow hitch? :ty:

Check in the Booth, where the spare wheel ( If it comes with one ) is usually kept with the other stuff, like jack and maybe some spanners. Perhaps its there.

I have the metal joint in the boot, but when I remove the bumber cover there is nothing to twist it in to? :argh:

That seems strange, there is only one place to screw it in at the back. Did you have a look if it is the same case in the front? If it is, you may need to consult the manual or the dealer.

Ok so phoned BMW and car is booked for it to be fitted.

Seems theres alot of problems with the f30 production line?
