torque settings e46 bmw 318i m43

Hi there i know someone probably asked the question already but im in real need as i have to get the engine up and running before monday. I need the torque settings for the main and big end bearings can anyone please assist :hammerhead:

I have no idea, I downloaded it while back. Cant even remember where from. Will check and post here, if I am permitted to.

If memory serves me correct, I got it from "The Pirate Bay"

it's a largish file at 1.3gb, so be patient.
