Anychance you can give me more info on them, price, where to source it etc.

I got mine from a friend who sells them. They are as good as Xenons, some might not like them in non-projector headlight housing but i have them adjusted low so i can see the road.

Contact Jabba on 0767862733. Tell him Arbee referred you. He is in Durban though.

That sounds like a brilliant mod!!
Excuse my ignorance, but what's a hallowed down pipe??
I really want to see the outcome!
Good luck!

Thanks KAKA...

Basically, they hollow out the CAT. Remove all the deposits and so on. I think (i could be madly mistaken) but the cat's have baffles to filter, i think they remove that also. Basically turning the Cat into a empty shell.

Many might say just to a decat, but this is actually more beneficial on a Diesel Turbo.

Was chatting to Tobofey, he says with just software and decat (hollow), his car makes 6xxnm. Then with WMI on, he makes 784nm...

Impressive much??? :joy:

I know each car is different and my power figures will probably be lower than that but i would mind being close to it.

Is tobofuey (spelling) car a manual or an auto.

I wonder how much power the auto box in the e90s are built to handle.

XMAX - His is manual. I know your concern, i have the same worry. But then, how else does one enjoy their car? I dont drive my car hard 100% of the time, but the 30% that i do, i enjoy it.

KAKA - Still getting some quotes, so far Mr Exhaust Man says its about 2 hr job @ R1200. Didnt expect it to be that much.

@Mr Arbee. I did some digging and found out that the auto box on the pre lci e90 330d's were built to handle 600nm torque.

Whilst i understand your argument. I still would rather have my car under that 600nm mark. would probably ensure a longer lifespan of the box. 600nm torque will still be plenty of fun.

Booked the dyno at KAR tomorrow at 9am... Need figures now that the file has adapted and the oil and filters have been changed.

So the Red Laminx on the Reverse section of the Tail lights stopped putting a smile on my face, it was red but at certain angles it showed Orange.

Arranged with GaVeN to have them painted red and then a light layer of smoke, making them almost Cherry Red.

These are just Teaser pics, they still have to dry and be polished.
