Hey Arbee, doesn't it just burn your ring that your baby now spends a lot of time going sideways? I'm pretty sure you posted the above through clenched teeth.

Ok, ok, sorry. I couldn't resist :biglol:

Not really hey! It loves to go sideways!

Mine just spins the inside wheel :blueCry: You really have to chuck it in order to get the arse out. Maybe my suspension setup is the cause.

You need LSD to really go sideways ;)

Yeah that's the truth! I've driven a few 200sx's with the factory lsd and they're pretty tail-happy. The car used to be more tail-happy with the higher profile tyres and stock suspension setup. With more power comes more sideways :cartel:

Had my wife in the tuned 320d the other day and just had to show her how it went sideways, running the 19's with 255 rubber in the back. Let me put it to you this way, she didn't stop bitching till we got home :roflol:

But you really need to get into a tight corner with the right amount of pedal action to let the rear slip out before traction control sets in. You not going to be doing donuts with it based on the stock diff and undefeatable traction control.

That's what I like about the M, as you can switch it all off and the LSD in that makes for good fun. Now I just need to go out and find a set off balls big enough for me to do it.

It can do donuts and go sideways when I switch off all the traction/stability control, but the main reason it doesn't hold the slide so well is because my inside wheel spins up while the outside wheel has full traction.

Anyway, enough derailing lol. Hope to see good things from this car in the coming months and maybe see it at events.

That rolling smiley means you know how it is going now...but it must get the spice back soon! I'm getting itchy again although I am really not complaining baout the consumption.

Fuuuuuudge!!! I have just scratched my rear left back wheel running from a pothole....

I hate scratched rims, my wife was just waiting for me to curse!! But I was just too angry to do so.

Mayday, mayday... As I call on Arbee, where can I get this sorted properly?

I wanted to get one on the E46 as well, but I think it would be extreme now unless I was heavy into drifting .

Ahh dam! T, how bad is it?

If it not bad then i wont worry too much.

Because they are diamond cut finish wheels, its going to a nightmare to get the finish perfect to match the other wheels. I would suggest hanging on, i know its terrible to see the damage, and repairing them all when needed.

Ah, diamond cut is more expensive. Again, the guys I recommended above does diamond cutting but that's R1500. Had both the rears on my M3 done and they look fantastic. I'm going to get the fronts done soon as well.

Eish sad to see..

I just did my performance rims and got them back yesterday. There was no curb rash, but they were black and wanted to get back to oem colour. The following guy did a fanatstic job for me.

Prices range from R1400 upwards for diamond cut.

Wasn't going in speed - so tyre survived.

@Yas - whenever you ready bro.

Thanks Firoze, will decide where I go in a week or so. It's good to have options.
